The seller does not know the product or does not correspond to reality. The fanout board is rated for 5V and will not work in 3.3V systems. The voltage regulator will output about 2.2V with 3.3V input and the logic will not work with 3.3V logic. We're all fed up with Chinese sellers who lie or don't know their product.
