My cats love this case
As soon as I got it, my kittens started sleeping in it. I keep it open in the living room and it has been their go to spot. They sleep in it and on top of it. I used to have trouble getting them into their old case and it was a nightmare when I had to take them to the vet. But this is easy. They still cry like babies once they are in the car but because it has a zipper and not a gate, it's easy to stick your hand in to pet them which really helps calm them down.
