This is a good knife. I've never spent a lot of money on a knife, maybe around $30, so I can't say it's the best, but it's very good. Too spicy is a good name for it. Yesterday I sliced a tomato that would normally be chopped with any of my other knives. It has some bulk but is not heavy. An alternative to a cleaver. The packaging is lovely, definitely a gift that will impress. I keep mine in a box, it's so cute.
