Review on Enhance Your Multimedia Experience 🎧 with the Plantronics .Audio 355 Headset by Sarah Valladares

I have been using Plantronics brand headsets in an office environment for over 15 years. They have always proven durability and excellent call quality. Unfortunately, these two qualities are not available with this headset. Callers complained throughout the week of use and consistently expressed discomfort with the microphone's sound quality (fixed by replacing five-year-old Apple headphones). Complaints ranged from low volume that can't be remedied by raising my voice to an uncomfortable level, to persistent hissing that sometimes improves when Jack's connection to the phone is toggled. I stopped using the headset for these reasons. The loose ear pads were the final straw in my decision not to insist on making these my work go-to headphones. I didn't expect them to be as well built as previous headsets, but if you're buying this headset based on your previous experience with Plantronics, this particular headset will disappoint you.
