Review on Timken 1948 Seal by Jason Epstein

I don't like the idea of an installation tool saying it is right replacement just because it fits. It's the right size, but this 1997 Toyota bushing requires a metal gasket to fit the bushing, not rubber like these supposed replacement parts do. I threw them away after I received the OEM and yes it was a lot of work but cheaper than a hub and bearing failure as the seal would separate from the hub and grease or water contamination would leak out.
