Good direct replacement

I bought these because my Ender fans started making noise about a week after I took possession of the printer. I wasn't quite ready for the fan update and just wanted to get back to printing. They are easy enough to install. They use standard connectors and mounting points, no need to print fancy fan cases or splice cables.
