Great set if you know the secret!

I always start with 5 stars, then subtract one star for each important item. All in all, this set is great! However, these three items are each worth one star: 1. No weight marking (costs one star) - The hallmark of good cutlery is the weight number. This number indicates the ratio of stainless steel to iron. The higher the number, the better the cutlery. But it will cost you, so if it's not in your budget, this set is a great choice. Just so you know, there's no weight number that more or less means the stainless steel to iron ratio is very low. So more iron than stainless steel.2. The cutlery set has a built-in error saving function (costs two stars). What does that mean? Well the set is actually good when it comes to the actual weight of the dishes. Tablespoons actually hold more liquid than your average inexpensive set. I see reviews that speak negatively about it. A tablespoon is NOT a soup spoon. If you need soup spoons, you need to buy a set that actually contains soup spoons. I didn't find any sharp edges on the spoons, they were all pointed and smooth. The negative reviews must refer to another product. Now let's dive into false product economics. What they don't tell you, and this applies to all cutlery items, is that the cutlery has a clear coating that will wear off after a year or so, exposing the stainless steel to oxidation, citrus dishwashing detergents, or even citrus handwash. Detergents to a greater extent than citrus-free detergents. When such a protective coating wears off through soaking, eating and washing, the cutlery is in a state where it begins to rust. In about a year and a half you will be looking for a new cutlery set. However, let me tell you a secret that will help you counteract this false frugality. After a few months of use, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish. I use "Wow!" which you can get from Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GEZU8M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Use this cleaner about every Month. Place all of your cutlery in some sort of bath, spray the cleaner and polish evenly over all of the cutlery, then apply the solution to the cutlery with a soft cloth. When you have done this with all the cutlery, fill the sink with Palmolive dishwashing liquid with warm water and gently rinse the cutlery, then of course rinse and you're done. It's quick, easy and will ensure your cutlery lasts for years to come. Because they ensure that stainless steel cutlery retains its protective layer. In addition, the cleaner removes natural and artificial chemicals left over from food and detergents during the wash cycle. Then seal with a protective agent. Summary: Overall this is a good investment for the price. As long as you follow the suggestion in point 2 above, you should be fine for years to come.
