Review on AC Infinity Rear Exhaust Receivers Components Computer Components by Jay Elgouhari

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Two fans are better than one.

AC Infinity Aircom S8 and AC Cloudplate T1-N are designed to cool a rack mounted Yamaha TSR-7850 Natural Sound AV Receiver. The S8 draws in air from the top of the receiver and expels it from the rear. The T1-N draws in room temperature air from the front and directs it through the vented Pyle shelf on which the receiver sits to the bottom of the receiver. To test the system, the temperature climbed to 89 degrees Fahrenheit with both fans running at full speed. the temperature dropped to 70 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 15 minutes. If both fans are running at half speed, the receiver stays at room temperature. The noise of the fan can be heard at full speed. At half speed, the sound is almost inaudible.
