OMG. Compliments upon compliments. I'm size 16, chest 40H. It was loose at the bottom because I have an apple shaped body but you can't really tell because it looks like a ruffled mini skirt and gives the illusion of hips and buttocks. The chest will burst! I used a small safety pin to close what I could. It was opaque but I wore shapewear underneath. It doesn't stretch. But it is true to size and may be a bit large which I needed for my large chest and broad shoulders. I will buy more Yasssssss!
