First impression: the box looked much smaller than I expected. The mop is packaged (disassembled) in a bucket and the bucket is quite large despite the packaging, in my opinion. All parts have been accounted for. The forks listed as missing in some reviews came in a bag with spare pads and (a bit vague) instructions. I opened, assembled and cleaned several rooms in an hour of arrival. It's light enough that my 3 year old happily lends a hand, it cleans really well without putting a lot of pressure (my aching back appreciates that!). The microfiber really picks up dried stains with minimal effort. I would highly recommend this mop to anyone with minor mobility issues. The only complaint is that figuring out how to turn your head to click shallow for a re-dive takes a bit of getting used to, but that's no deal breaker. There are also durability concerns simply because the plastic parts feel a bit "cheap". As it's used daily with my slobbering trainer we'll see how it holds up soon! Will update my review if there are any problems. Today I say it's worth it and I'm very picky about cleaning products like this. UPDATE: Some of the mop pads have a hem where the seam is sewn that gets caught on the plastic scraper on the dry side. . I only put the defective pads aside for dry cleaning (sweeping). Besides that, I still love that mother. I'm still worried about durability but nothing broke.
