thermal paste is thrown into a zippered bag, and then lowered into a shipping box. No real packaging, no protection. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the end of one of the needles had come loose. When removing two "needles" from the bag, the other fell out. Luckily not much connection was lost. I could still use the compound in the rest of the needle. Due to the way the product is shipped, I would not recommend users to buy it. While most customers will likely be fine, I believe some customers have received bags full of ingredients and a mostly empty needle. The product works as it should and I had no reason to believe it was a scam.
