Review on HP EliteDisplay 23.8-Inch 1FH47A8-ABA Monitor with IPS, HDMI, 60Hz, Height Adjustment, and 1FH46A8-ABA Compatibility by Chris Lewis

This is a great product at a very good price. Image sharpness, sound, etc. BUT. I bought my wife and she has a MacBook. That's when the problem started. Not HP's fault, but Apple's greedy attitude to ensure everyone buys their product AND only one Apple product. Since the monitor didn't work on the Mac (even with 4 different cables), I tried it on my PC. It took less than 5 minutes. Did I manage to get it working on a Mac? Yes. But it took me a few weeks. Conclusion: If you have a PC, don't hesitate to buy it. If you want to connect to Apple and you know your way around computers, no problem.
