If you only use the supplied bottle you will only get 1.2-1.5ppm. Screwing a hydrogen generator onto a 500ml Evian water bottle you can find at your local grocery store will give you 4ppm if you run it twice in a 5 minute cycle. Mine works as advertised and if you watch this company's instructional videos you will understand what it takes to get even 4ppm. You cannot operate the device on a 20-minute cycle with a 500ml Evian water bottle, otherwise the hydrogen generator will break due to over-pressurization. The person who left a review saying this product is a scam either had a faulty unit which the company is happy to replace free of charge, or they didn't use a 500ml Evian water bottle to unscrew the hydrogen generator to get a higher one achievement achieve concentration.
