Customer service is the reason I keep buying Anker. Don't get me wrong, the quality is fantastic; However, the benchmark of a company is not that the products work perfectly, but how they deal with them when they don't. I had one of the two errors after a year and Nicole from customer support made the purchase verification process and issues fixed easily and quickly and was a pleasure to work with.
