I've always been a big proponent of tracking your progress with BMI rather than looking at a number on the scale. I've always gone to supplements to track my BMI, BMR, and fitness progress with their various weights, but getting to them has always been a struggle. So I looked for scales that actually work! I've ordered several from Amazon and none of them have given me the right results, but a friend recommended I try INEVIFIT so I decided to try their scale and I'm so happy I did! Now I can track my results at home. whenever I want! APP is also very convenient! You just download their app and there you can see your body fat percentage, lean mass, BMR and more! Their customer service is AMAZING too! They helped me immediately and answered all my questions. I give this scale a 10! Definitely recommend! :)
