. This is a heavy duty small stainless steel diffuser. It is well made and looks great in the aquarium. You can easily rotate it to replace the ceramic disk which is really good as the disk is the part that determines the size of your bladder and these disks are NOT all the same. I bought the diffuser from this seller on purpose because they sold it with 2 extra discs. The disk that was already in the diffuser when I got it produced large bubbles and was completely unusable. I replaced it with one of the extras that came with it and it creates an excellent mist of tiny bubbles. In my experience, ceramics succeed or fail in any diffuser. Not being able to replace your drive means you're stuck with only what you have. So I really like that this type of cone makes changing discs easier and that you get two additional options with this purchase. I have included a shot of the diffuser in action in my aquarium after replacing the first disc.
