I bought a 38" silver rim which was delivered quickly. I was between this model and the Guardian, the price is much higher. Happy with this product. It can be installed or folded in minutes and takes up little wall space. It is sturdy and durable, but creaks and rattles, but the animal is safe. Put something on their feet, like a rug. The XL HD 28x34 pads are just what you need when you need something in the tray. The latches are a weak point, they work well but every time you open the door you have to do an extra step including threading 2 carabiners which isn't great if you're in a hurry and messing around. If you look at a larger size and see an option with better locks, I suggest paying for it. My cage came new, in good condition, the paint is intact, there was a defect - an ill-fitting rivet on the locking mechanism.
