After reading many reviews about glitter license plate covers I decided on this one because the reviewers said the rhinestones are real, not plastic. The cover does not hide the state name on the California license plate. Good quality, good construction. I agree. Installation was easy. The two screws on the cover go into the top holes in the license plate and appear to be sufficient to securely attach the license plate to the car. I used the screws from my old license plate bracket and am keeping the new ones that came with these covers in case I need them.
