Do not buy this item. Threads are not properly aligned. You'll need to loosen everything up a bit so that the right line of elements parallel to the wall allows access to the toilet paper. As a result, everything turns. I've tried using duct tape to secure the threads but to no avail. If everything is twisted, leading the pipe directly to the wall, the result will be a completely useless product. I am having trouble purchasing another similar item elsewhere.
