I find it hard to understand reviews that say this product doesn't taste good. To me, it's a delicious vanilla flavor without the nasty aftertaste. Perhaps other reviewers have different taste buds. Who knows? I love this weight loss and weight control product. Many reviewers also complained that the product doesn't mix well with water. I haven't tried that, instead I use this product in a veggie smoothie for weight loss and in a fruit yogurt smoothie with veggies for weight management. The reason my smoothies never get lumpy or sticky is because they're made in a Ninja Professional 900W blender. When broccoli is mixed with skim almond milk, spinach leaves, celery, 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt, 4 large ice cubes or 10 small cubes, and a large serving of vanilla creme whey powder, you have a nutritious and delicious diet shake. which you can wear for 3-4 hours. You can substitute any vegetable of your choice: greens, carrots, peas, green beans, raw asparagus, and even beets. Add a teaspoon of honey or sugar to change up the sweetness a bit. Maybe use vanilla-flavored low-fat yogurt and add some almond milk. The combinations really are as limitless as your imagination. To use a protein powder for weight maintenance, try a fruit smoothie with frozen blueberries, bananas, frozen cherries, red or green grapes, or blackberries. Add fat-free almond milk, fat-free vanilla, or fat-free yogurt. Here I add 8 almonds or peanuts. Banana and blueberries provide more than enough sweetness. Again, I add ice to everything since smoothies of any kind taste best chilled. Of course you can add ingredients like apples, oranges (with skin), pears, peaches (without skin) and any other fruit. I also always add a few small heads of broccoli, which you will NEVER taste. Borkoli is my least favorite vegetable, so I try to hide the flavor at all costs, even though I know it's one of the best vegetables you can eat. You may think that's all good, but there are those who don't want to use synthetic sugars. If so, try Pure Protein 100% NATURAL Whey Powder Vanilla Creme as it contains stevia, which some claim is less harmful than other sugar substitutes. Using the ninja blender is also key to using this powder. You can buy a blender at Revain for around $75. This blender mixes and is worth its price. There are no individual parts. Everything is perfectly mixed. Even the peel of fruit and all vegetables. You can use a regular blender, but you'll still end up with chunks of fruit and veggies. I sincerely hope this review can be helpful for those who use protein powder and want to enjoy it without the sticky, unmixed feeling that others have had.
