Not easy to remove or clean
For pies when you want the edges just right, they don't work very well unless the contents are hard, and even then. To clean I literally had to use a bottle brush and turn it inside out. I'll keep them as I can use them for jelly-0; however I am very disappointed. I bought them because I wanted them easy to clean and easy to take off.
