This product works exactly as intended. This is a mount that allows you to upgrade your old Unifi hotspot to a Nano HD hotspot. Attention, if you try to install other models (not nano aces points), this mount will not work! But other than that, if you have the correct ceiling tile and don't want to reinstall the Nano with new tiles, the mount works great. I suspect other reviewers didn't have quite the right models. Another thing is that Revain resellers are overpriced! path for the price. You can compare prices directly on the Unifi website to see if it improves times.
