Very happy with this product. I just received it today, so I can't tell yet how it washed after washing. But workmanship and material seem to be very good. Pillow pads (barely) fit my new standard 20" x 28" pillows. I'm a man and this set suits the man looking for something tasteful and relatively masculine. The blanket itself isn't super thick, but it is plush. But I'd say it's a good thickness and seems to be a good sleeper - warm enough in the winter but not too thick to use all year round. I live in the north midwest climate and I think it will be fine. The only thing I would say negatively (though not so much to knock off the stars) is that the colors in the photo are not entirely accurate. The marketing photo seems to indicate that there is some faded green, even when showing pale pastel green leaves (unless it's the lighting used in the photo I think). However, in fact, there is no such color in the product. There is no green at all. I was surprised enough to see the product when I opened the package and double checked that the correct model had been sent and it was. I bought a pale pastel green set of sheets to match this set based on the photo (which looked like it was the same color sheet) and I would have to return them for a different color but that's fine - I was clever. enough (for once) not to open them until the bedding set arrives, so that's not a problem. I have uploaded a photo taken with my phone which will hopefully show a more accurate representation of the flowers. Otherwise I am satisfied and I think I will love this set.
