Worked great on my PS2 Slim
My PS2 Slim wouldn't read discs. The super simple fixes didn't work so I figured it was the laser. As soon as I inserted this new laser into my PS2 Slim, it came alive again. Ideal! Oh, don't forget to use a soldering iron etc to remove the ESD protection. Without these, the laser will not work. To make sure you don't miss out, find DIY items online. In general, everything was easy and took no more than 20 minutes.
