We used this torque wrench to tune our bikes. My front derailleur was askew, so I loosened it, straightened it, then tightened the bolt in the front derailleur clamp. The bolt popped (I had it set to 4.5Nm - when the bolt was rated for 5Nm the torque wrench didn't click or anything when I tightened the bolt in the fork. Luckily I had a plan, the 2 x system to be replaced with a 1-speed (but I wish it was later than before) So right now my bike still has a 2-speed crankset, I just removed the derailleur and shifter until I put more money into the bike But beware buyers, I wouldn't trust this torque wrench as it securely tightens the bolts where they should be.
