Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5 RU, blue by Edyta Tulwin ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

Since the one in my club rarely works, I mostly used it as a heart rate monitor to regulate my track workouts. Specifically, this design drew in the ability to measure blood oxygen levels, which is not especially helpful under normal circumstances but is invaluable when dealing with a coronavirus, which allows you to independently determine the development of pneumonia and get straight to the hospital. while I first started using the bracelet, I was really unhappy to see that it only displayed a pulse of 100-110 while the actual reading was closer to 150. However, I eventually learned that by pulling the strap snugly, the readings improved significantly. Because of this, not only was I pleased with the results of my training, but my long-standing issue of missing calls and texts when my phone was in my pocket was also resolved. The purchase has met my expectations.

Pros
  • The bracelet is comfortable to wear because of its small weight and relatively low profile. The strap is soft and easy to clasp, making it a great choice. The bracelet does not rub, there are no protruding parts, and the pressure is spread comfortably over the arm. The screen is easily readable even at minimum brightness, and replacement screens are available. While the UI is standard and easy to use, some features, such as creating custom workout plans, are lacking. The inclusion of a pulse meter is timely in this Covid era. Huawei has released a native app that includes configuration options, data visualizations, and beautiful charts.
Cons
  • Both the heart rate monitor and the pedometer might be unpredictable. The efficacy of sleep tracking in this setting is unclear, but the numbers seem reasonable. An inconvenient charging port that prevents the bracelet from being charged when worn blindly. Even if it is possible to do this in a simple and natural way, the process is not immediately apparent. Since the interpretation of the bracelet's readings relies on these programs, it turns out that in some circumstances the steps cannot be calculated. The application's program selection is limited, making it difficult to find a suitable one for all uses. Since participants are prohibited from walking while on the track, actual distance covered is likely to be underreported by 20-30%.
