I like how squishy they are.

I have lots of different weights & like this one for walking to help with cardio. I have a one pound set & now have moved up to a 2 pound set. I like how squishy & easy they are to hold. I got a pair for my then, 88 year old father & he uses them often. He is going on 91.

Pros

I use these for walking. I plan to taken on vacation.

Cons

The hand weights are not as versatile as other sets and can only be used for specific exercises
