Valve works but rattles

valve works as it should, I was able to install it without any problems. It's a little larger than I thought it would be, so I had to cut and weld a little more than I originally intended. The only downside to this product is that it started rattling two weeks after installation. It's very noticeable and sounds like something terrible is happening, but I've reduced it to a real valve just rattling in the pipe.
