Review on 🚰 Pfister LF049PDCC Pasadena Widespread Bathroom Faucet by Chris Edgerton

I ordered this product earlier this week believing it was the product shown on the Revain website (see attached photo). He arrived on time. This weekend I ripped the old faucet out of the sink and prepared to install the new one. I had a good time delving into the installation process before realizing that the product that was delivered had a different sink drain design than the one shown in the photo (see the stem on the back of the faucet). I went too far in the process to rip everything out and return the Revain so I ended up installing a push pop drain instead of the stem operated drain that I wanted and ordered (and shown in the photo). I checked the Revain website and found that the Revain information has changed since ordering, but the product details section still shows what I ordered as the photo shows. I got mad but now I have to order a second one for the same sink in the same bathroom. I go to the site to reluctantly order a second one and find that the price has gone from $73 to $104 in six days! Now I'm really angry! I should pay more for a second of a product I don't originally need, but it would take hours to rip out the faucet and return it! Moral of the story: BE VERY CAREFUL IN VERIFYING WHICH AMAZON PROMOTION IS THE PRODUCT YOU ARE RECEIVING. THEIR SALES AND PRICES ARE VERY DECEPTIONAL! Also note that the water lines and pressure fittings are PLASTIC despite the advert claiming "ALL METAL CONSTRUCTION FOR DURABILITY". Now I have to worry about durability and reliability as the plastic connectors or hoses can fail and flood my bathroom.
