My experience with this router has been hell. It didn't initially set up - after 3 calls to India I was told they had found a problem with the router and 2 hours later we were finally up and running. But a day later, other problems arose, and the same training followed - called India several times, in the end it was fixed. I can count 5 different cases where something went wrong and was subsequently "fixed". But every time they solved a problem, the result was different. somewhat functional but the service is still intermittent and I have to reset it several times a day. Downloads and streaming sites are very slow. Of course, I recommend everyone to avoid this router.
