Quality is extremely low. Tools (especially shears) look as if they were built in a garage. Shears are awkward and large even for my hands which are not small. You get what you pay for but household scissors are sharper and more effective than the shears. The concave cutters seem sharp enough but are not spring return. Even with the price, im dissapointed. I will be spending the extra to get a nicer set that doesn't arrive rusty or dull.
