The Vetroo internet store was a terrible shopping experience for me. The representatives at customer service were unresponsive and unable to offer any assistance when I contacted them for assistance. They did not appear to care about my concerns and were reluctant to provide the information that I required in order to make well-informed decisions regarding my purchases. The procedure of shipping also posed a number of challenges. The delivery of my purchase took significantly longer than anticipated, and the package was broken when it arrived. There were some of the components missing, and the ones that did appear were not the same as what was described on the website. The procedure of returning the item was not only difficult but also time-consuming, adding insult to injury. It was a hassle and an inconvenience that I had to pay for the transportation costs to return the item and then wait weeks to receive a refund. In addition, it is unclear whether or not Vetroo is truly committed to environmental responsibility. Their website does not provide any clear information about how their products should be disposed of properly or if they use environmentally responsible packaging. In a nutshell, my time spent shopping at the Vetroo internet store was a complete waste. The website is difficult to understand, the customer service is unresponsive, the process of shipping is problematic, and the process of returning an item is complicated. In addition, I have my doubts about their dedication to environmental responsibility. This is not a business that I would recommend to others.
