Bearings and seals look good.
The part appears to be of good quality and costs several times less than the manufacturer or local parts supplier. The time will show. I had to call the manufacturer for axle nut torque specifications. The instructions simply say see the manual. Well, the production wasn't very keen on answering such technical questions, but in the end they did.
