Review on πŸ§‚ Refillable Stainless Steel Salt and Pepper Grinder Set with Adjustable Coarseness, Combination Salt Shaker and Pepper Mill with Peppercorns Included by Peter Boisvert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Both grinders, no shakers. Tops are cheap.

Both work like coffee grinders and are identical to each other. The bottom is made of durable glass that's easy to clean and won't shatter if you accidentally drop it on the floor. These are tops that others have said are cheaply made. At first glance, the tops make a good impression. All of its parts are normal, working parts of a coffee grinder. However, as soon as you have screwed it on and put it into operation, you can hear and feel the thin, almost wobbly plastic. They don't pair well with dense, hard peppercorns and are best with spices that are easier to crush. You can set them to a coarser or finer grind, but the plastic just won't stand up to continuous use. The lids didn't even snap smoothly into place without much effort, and had sticky-like scratches that were difficult to clean.
