great for tempering chocolate!
Easy to use. Accurate thermometer (you can check it by the room temperature in your room). It reads temperature changes quickly and accurately. The built-in spoon holder is great. Cleaning is a breeze as it slides out easily. You have to read the instructions to change it to Fahrenheit, very easy and simple. I will buy 2 more for my daughters.
