The extra-long telescopic rod comes in handy when you have a room with high ceilings. It's really big when extended to its full length, but not closed at all. I love that it has a silicone cap at the top that doesn't scratch my walls. The connection is strong and will not break. The stainless steel wand allows me to easily clean up to 12 feet with the silicone handle. The silicone handle is soft and comfortable to the touch. A flexible rag is great for cleaning ceiling lights and ceiling fans. The microfiber cloth is easy to clean with warm water. The pole can rotate while harvesting, and the other hand must hold the pole in the middle. The stick is stronger than the other brand I first bought but still be careful not to apply too much bending force to it or it will break.
