I didn't want to after seeing so many bad reviews but gave it a try anyway. I was very impressed with the structure. A VERY solid unit, BUT as the reviews have warned, it has SERIOUS character repeat issues. Several emails from customer support unsure if they will provide a replacement unit (I pay a third party to ship my main orders to South America). They could not advise me on how to diagnose the common error or what was done to fix it. Additional shipping costs for the second device which may be more e-waste. Eventually they offered a full refund and based on previous conversations I agreed BUT they were silent for 3 weeks with no refund. ANOTHER update. November 2020. I get a refund and a week later I was contacted again and offered to send a new keyboard. AGAIN I asked if the problem (commonly reported) had been diagnosed and fixed. STILL ignore this request completely. I told them there was no point in sending a replacement if it was from the same batch.
