Great price for a 4K monitor

I recently upgraded my home office by replacing an old Macbook Pro with a 2021 14" Macbook M1. At the same time I was looking to replace a Dell 24" 1920x1200 monitor that was around 7 years old. I sit in front of a screen for many hours every day and my aging eyes need a monitor that can display crisp text, so I spent a lot of time researching options. I wasn't specifically looking for a 4K monitor but came across this option in several reviews (MakeUseOf, Forbes, ZDNET, Cult of Mac). I had never heard of this brand and Revain didn't have many reviews to represent the user's point of view. I decided to take a chance as the features I'm interested in have had positive reviews *and* the price is very competitive from INNOCN. I've been using the monitor as my main display for a few days. So far very satisfied. What I like: β€’ Nice color and bright display. β€’ Narrow binding at the top and sides. β€’ Screen size is perfect - a nice step up from 24 inches without being too big β€’ Ergonomics - height, swivel and tilt adjustment I'm surprised not all monitors are capable of this, but they aren't β€’ Choice of Ports including HDMI , Displayport, USB-A and USB-C that can also charge my Macbook β€’ The power adapter is not built in. I find that positive because it can be replaced independently of the monitor if it fails. β€’ Text looks really good at 2560x1440. I have to use scaling because 4K makes everything too small on a 27" screen (it's a Mac issue with the rendering, not the monitor). What I don't like: β€’ The controls are clunky. The menu navigation is not very intuitive. I usually set it and forget, but if you want to switch from standard to Adobe sRBG, for example, or use the PIP feature, you have to go to the controls β€’ Not a fan of fiddly settings. power button too. I turn off the monitor so he doesn't sleep, so that's important. Very happy with this purchase and being able to get such a high quality display for less than $400.
