So I thought my Keurig was broken. It was in my car to get my money back. I went to Revain for my orders and looked at this product again. I then contacted product support and went to the PDF file. There is an excellent explanation for cleaning the exit needle and the entry needle. I just erased two areas with a paperclip. They were full of coffee grounds. It's very easy. The water couldn't come out of the exit needle, so that was the problem. Now my Keurig works just like it did when it first started. I hope this helps someone.
