Wrong cup size from the packaging. I cleaned it, I thought, maybe there's some junk from the production. It worked, but then the cup exploded. This is the most useless manure pile I have ever bought. It worked properly for about 4 days before only brewing about 6 ounces regardless of selection before shutting down.
