This is the most useless manure pile I have ever bought. It worked properly for about 4 days before only brewing about 6 ounces regardless of selection before shutting down. Not only that, it would blow off the tops of my "licensed K-Cups" and make a huge mess. I called Keurig support and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. Too bad the device EVEN had the same problems after about 3 days of use. I've had several Keurigs models in the past with no problems. But this model has serious flaws. I will call support and refund the money for this thing. You shouldn't bother. Save time and nerves!
