I used to rely on the Otter Defender case for my Note 8. For about 2.5 years this case has lived up to its name and protected my device from any damage. You never plan on dropping your phone. "Oh, but it happens" My Note 8 had a bad fall that even broke the inner plastic case of the protective film but the phone was protected. It was quite a hard fall, a direct hit to the top corner, and I was very surprised that the phone wasn't damaged. I'm sure the phone would have been damaged if it hadn't been in a case that day. As soon as my Note 10 plus was on my way home, I quickly ordered this Otter Defender case for my new phone. The case arrived a day before the phone and I hope it works as well as my previous cases. The photos show the Note 8 in the truck and the new phone in protective cases. I used to rely on Zagg's Elite curved glass for the Note 8 as it was full screen and gave excellent touchscreen response, but I didn't see that option for this phone so I bought a Zagg tempered glass, it's been on the phone for about a week now and the fingerprint sensor works great although i'd rather have it on the back of the phone. With the Defender case and Zagg screen protector, my phone is protected if it falls. I don't think there is a better phone case than this case.
