I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

In favor are:
Definitely effective! They help me train harder without experiencing tachycardia, and I bounce back from workouts more quickly.
Cons: It was really embarrassing that the lid lacked a cellophane ring. Dropped a rating because of this.
