I'm on my third bag of protein powder. Decided to leave a review after seeing some crazy reviews on this product. First, the flavor is what you would expect from an egg white (i.e. virtually non-existent - which is good). Second, it mixes very easily. I use a scoop in my morning protein shakes to boost my protein levels (I use a blender for all my shakes). Third, it is also useful in other foods. I mixed it with pasta to increase the protein content and after mixing it's hard to tell it's in there. Hope this review helps. I've never seen anything in my egg white that shouldn't be there, I've never noticed any unusual smells, and I've never tasted anything unusual. This is a good quality product.
