I used another egg white powder that tastes great like Judy's but doesn't mix well with warm water. With minimal added lecithin, Judee's mixes very easily with water and turns into cooked egg whites very quickly. Tastes just like egg white and I can add tons of flavors, butter, salsa, cheese, cooked cuts of meat, etc. I eat eggs every day and this product keeps me from consuming too many egg yolks. . This is a super great product! What the hell does purity mean!?

After a week of experimenting I have a few favorite ways to use this protein powder. It's tasteless, aside from being slightly salty, and is easiest to mix with water and fruit (frozen, fresh, freeze-dried) in a blender. First, the flavor is what you would expect from an egg white (i.e. virtually non-existent - which is good). Second, it mixes very easily.
