After a week of experimenting I have a few favorite ways to use this protein powder. It's tasteless, aside from being slightly salty, and is easiest to mix with water and fruit (frozen, fresh, freeze-dried) in a blender. Added to hot porridge, it turns into tiny chunks of cooked egg whites that look weird but have no taste. I've started mixing 1/4 cup when I'm making bread or muffins and I know I can up the protein a little without changing the texture of the recipe. I can't eat dairy, but I suspect this protein can be used wherever you used powdered whey.
