This is the first time I've been so dissatisfied that I felt compelled to write a review. Maybe I should have listened to my intuition! I read the reviews and saw that the power supply was patchy. First, individual boxes were damaged or ajar, causing discomfort. Next comes the big one, the POWER PACK! It's so buggy that the (poorly written) instructions repeat how to check that the wires are properly connected. I did it, I tried everything. Finally, it wasn't easy to set up with the included instructions. I'll admit I'm a beginner, but the instructions shouldn't be so vague or scattered in some weird instruction booklet. Finally it didn't work. I was excited to practice and am writing this to your fellow buyers instead and I hope you read this. Don't waste your money. You might get lucky and buy a working product. , be sure to purchase an additional power supply and pedal. I'm not a professional tattoo artist, I'm not one to review Revain, but this time I had to.
