Review on 🚿 SPTA Cordless Pump Sprayer, Cordless Foam Cannon - 8.4V 1.8L - Full Function Cordless Foam Sprayer for Car Washing and Cleaning by Dave Baker

Let me start by saying this is an EXCELLENT product! NO MORE PUMP. I watched many YouTube videos about this wireless atomizer even before ordering it. When I finally received it, it did not disappoint! Worked as advertised right out of the box. It took me a few tries to get the soap to water ratio right, but after I adjusted it started snowing like a winter wonderland. Battery life was excellent. I was able to foam 2 cars (maybe an SUV) without draining the battery. I used it once a week, every week for 6 weeks with no problems. TIL TODAY. As usual, I turned on the pump, waited for the pressure to rise, and started spraying. I found very quickly that I was running out of soap much quicker than usual. This can be determined by the time it takes for the pump to regain full pressure, as well as the weight. I mixed up another portion of the soapy solution, filled the sprayer and started again. It foamed as usual BUT it went through my soapy solution very quickly. I finished washing the car, then inspected the atomizer and found that it was leaking at both the base and mid-section (connector just above the SPTA logo). There were no cracks or damage, but the solution slowly flowed out. I'm the only one using a sprayer. I consider myself a very cautious person. He never fell over. There was no sign of damage. After each use, I depressurize the sprayer (but leave the soapy solution). There are 3 Phillips screws under the base and I tried to tighten them but they were already tight. I don't understand why it only started leaking after 1.5 months of use. I'm not sure if the soapy solution left in the sprayer could somehow damage the seals? Anyway, I don't have a 30 day return policy so I'm SOL. I am not sure if I will buy it again. This is a very good product but I am concerned about durability. Considering the price, I expect at least a year or more of use.
