works with one major downside.

Easy to install for people who don't know how to manage the house and will do for my door. My only problem and the reason I came back to write a review was that the smelly black stuff keeps leaking out and every time I try to open the door with the little latch this crap gets me . Hands are damn hard to wash! Look, I just hope it's safe lube and not some toxic person or someone who wants to sue someone.
