Review on FHI HEAT Platform Nano Power Salon Pro 2000 Tourmaline Ceramic Hair Dryer: Fast Drying with 3-Piece Attachment Set by Robert Edmondson

I bought this on the recommendation of my hairstylist and while I love how lightweight it is and how quickly it dries my hair, the handle gets very hot and the manufacturer (FHI Heat) has the WORST customer service department ever I ever had contacted. I immediately called and asked them to comply with the MFF. Warranty and rep said I must have a fake but then they refused to check if the serial number etc could prove the dryer I had was fake or not. Also, a few months later, the lint filter on the back of the dryer kept falling off due to a broken tab. I called FHI Heat customer service to purchase a replacement and was told they don't have any extra parts. The funny thing is that the rep I spoke to didn't even stop me to check before telling me they didn't have them. I have a hard time believing that she knew what part I was talking about without even knowing what model blow dryer I have. Good luck to anyone who purchases an FHI Heat product with any type of defect - the manufacturer does not endorse their product. general!
